Days before the nation's high court issued a recipe for lawlessness in the arena of election financing that invites wealthy interests to play word games to get around legal restrictions on campaign money, Kenosha businessman and former casino developer Dennis Troha entered into a plea agreement under which he will admit he unlawfully got around legal restrictions on campaign contributions.
