This is a corporation created to make independent expenditures on behalf of Democratic candidates in the fall 2012 elections. Records show the group is controlled by Janesville attorney Roger Merry. The group did direct mailings to support Yuri Rashkin in the 44th Assembly District Democratic Primary.
This organization is registered with the Government Accountability Board following the January 2010 U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Citizens United v. FEC as a corporation making independent disbursements.
