OathSpending

This corporation was created in 2010 by Planned Parenthood Advocates of Wisconsin to make independent expenditures to support Democratic candidates for statewide office and the legislature. Planned Parenthood is the leading advocate and provider of reproductive health care for women in the state and the nation.  Between 2010 and 2012 this corporation made nearly $429,000 in independent expenditures in Wisconsin elections.  Another corporation, Planned Parenthood Advocates of Wisconsin Political Fund, spent nearly $796,000 during the same period.

The corporation did not register with the state to spend money on electioneering activities in the 2014 general elections until nearly two months after it doled out over $330,000 mostly for mailings in the governor's race and the 19th Senate District contest.

Last active election: 2012

This organization is registered with the Government Accountability Board as an independent disbursement committee following the January 2010 U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Citizens United v. FEC.
