Senate Bill 67 ensure that a majority of corporation’s shareholders approve of independent expenditures before they are made. The bill gives shareholders a voice in how their money is spent during Wisconsin elections. This bill holds corporations accountable for their political advertisements and disbursements, and pushes for corporate democracy.
