Koch Industries, Inc. ($70), New Prosperity Foundation ($17,000), Northwoods Patriot Group Inc. ($71), NRA Political Victory Fund ($780), Wisconsin Professioinal Police Association ($20,000) and Wisconsin Right to Life PAC ($72) made independent expenditures favoring Attorney General Van Hollen.
