This is a Milwaukee-based group created in 2011 that supported the recall of Republican Governor Scott Walker. It began raising funds and helping in the petition drive in late 2011. Passage in 2011 of Governor Walker's bill severely restricting public employee collective bargaining rights, prompted opponents to seek recall elections for the governor and his legislative allies. Petitions resulted in a June 5 recall election for the governor, Lieutenant Governor Rebecca Kleefisch and four Republican held seats in the state Senate.

This organization is registered with the Government Accountability Board following the January 2010 U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Citizens United v. FEC as a corporation making independent disbursements.
