Fair Wisconsin advocates for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) rights and fairness policies in Wisconsin. The PAC was formed to do independent expenditures in the 2007 Supreme Court Elections in support of Linda Clifford following its formation as a referendum group in 2006 to campaign against the constitutional amendment to ban gay marriage and civil unions in Wisconsin.
In 2010 Fair Wisconsin supported Democratic candidates for governor and attorney general as well as several Senate and Assembly districts.
