OathSpending

This is Greater Wisconsin Committee's new independent expenditure group registered with the Government Accountability Board following the January 2010 U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Citizens United v. FEC as a corporation making independent disbursements in the Fall 2010 state elections.  The new independent expenditure group joins three other facets of the committee's outside electioneering activities - its 527 group, political action committee and phony issue ad outfit.

While their PAC focused resources on a negative ad campaign against Republican Scott Walker in the race for governor, the political fund did ads in the race for governor, as well as ads opposing Republicans in Assembly Districts 42, 49, 57, 75 and 92.
