This is a Sacramento, California-based organization formed to support conservative candidates in the 2012 presidential election.

The group sponsored a 30-second television ad in early July 2011 to support six Republican state senators in Wisconsin who were facing recall elections in August for their support of a plan earlier that year by GOP Governor Scott Walker to abolish most public employee collective bargaining rights.  The ad claimed liberal groups supported by President Obama were behind the efforts to recall the Republican legislators in order to capture control of the state Senate for Democrats and oveturn Walker's policies.

The Campaign to Defeat Barack Obama also sponsored a television and radio ad campaign in mid-July opposing Democratic Senator Robert Wirch of Kenosha even though it did not register or file any of the required spending reports with the state's Government Accountability Board.
