This is a political action committee for the Progressive Change Campaign Committee. The committee describes itself as working "to elect bold progressive candidates to federal office and to help those candidates and their campaigns save money, work smarter, and win more often."

The committee first registered as a Wisconsin PAC in March 2011 just as recall efforts were getting underway in response to anti-union measures in Governor Scott Walker's buget repair bill. The committee teamed with DFA-Wisconsin to sponsor an ad in late July urging people in the 8th Senate District to vote for Democratic challenger Sandy Pasch in her bid to unseat incumbent Republican Senator Alberta Darling of River Hills.  The ad says Darling and the GOP favor heavy cuts to Medicare and the state's BadgerCare health care program.

The Progressive Change Campaign Committee started an issue ad campaign in spring 2011 and registered as a corporation for the purpose of conducting independent expenditures.
