Special election: OathSpending
Sping election: OathSpending

This is a corporation controlled by the Wisconsin Education Association Council (WEAC) - the state's largest teachers union - that may make independent expenditures on behalf of State School Superintendent Tony Evers and Wisconsin Supreme Court candidate Ed Fallone in the April 2 spring elections. The corporation was created in 2012 and by the end of that year had spent $259,160 on electioneering activities to oppose Republicans and support Democrats - most of it in the recall election for governor to unseat incumbent Republican Scott Walker.

While the corporation indicated its intent to make independent expenditures in the spring 2013 elections and one of the special legislative elections held the following fall, it did not report any such spending.

WEAC's political action committee, however, was active in the 2013 spring elections.

Last active election: 2012

This organization is registered with the Government Accountability Board following the January 2010 U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Citizens United v. FEC as a corporation making independent disbursements.
