Among the items covered in yesterday’s E-Lert was one dealing with the need for improved disclosure of election financing. Some Wisconsin legislators want to go in exactly the opposite direction. A proposal that would blind voters to the financial interests of campaign donors will receive a public hearing by a Senate committee on Thursday.
