“Right-to-work” supporter gave Wisconsin Republican Party $1 million

WDC welcomes new executive director in 2015...
Matt Rothschild has officially joined WDC staff as our new executive director. Please help us welcome Matt and feel free to send your ideas for positive “small d” democratic reforms for Wisconsin in 2015. You can read a note from Matt here.
...ends 2014 with a great show of support for our efforts
If you were among the many who responded so generously to our recent appeals for a year-end gift to the Democracy Campaign, thank you. We are humbled by the demonstration of support for WDC's work in 2014 and are most grateful for each and every gift. Wealthy special interests will continue to flex their “money power,” pushing hard for legislation in the 2015 Legislature that will benefit their bottom-line. You can help us stay strong and keep speaking out forcefully against regressive policies to further weaken transparency of our state political processes and empower-the-powerful by making a tax-deductible gift to the Democracy Campaign.
Cheers to a highly motivated Wisconsin citizenry in the new year!
