Spring election: Oath • Spending
This corporation was created to make independent expenditures to support Ed Fallone, a candidate for the Wisconsin Supreme Court in the April 2 spring elections. Fallone, a Marquette Law School professor, unsuccessfully challenged incumbent Justice Pat Roggensack who was running for a second, 10-year term on the state's highest court.
In December 2013 the group filed reports with the state's Government Accountability Board report that show independent expenditures of nearly $3,000 in March 2013.
Documents filed with the state the corporation lists J. Thomas Haley, a Middleton business attorney, as its treasurer.
This organization is registered with the Government Accountability Board following the January 2010 U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Citizens United v. FEC as a corporation making independent disbursements.
