This is a political action committee controlled by the South Central Federation of Labor, a coalition of labor union locals that claims to represent more than 30,000 workers in south central Wisconsin. The union filed paperwork with the state showing it may make independent expenditures to support Democratic candidates in the 2014 races for governor, attorney general and the legislature. It did not report any such expenditures.
