Planned Parenthood Advocates of Wisconsin (PPAW) first registered this entity as a corporation for the purpose of making independent expenditures in the fall 2010 election.
The group spent over $95,000 on mailing and robocalls in the nine recall elections, nearly $38,000 or 40% of that on the 8th Senate District race, where the incumbent, Republican Alberta Darling, survived a challenger from Democratic Representative Sandy Pasch.
Last active election: 2010
This organization is registered with the Government Accountability Board following the January 2010 U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Citizens United v. FEC as a corporation making independent disbursements.
