This is a new corporation created to make independent expenditures in Wisconsin statewide and legislative elections by Fair Wisconsin, a statewide advocacy group for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender issues. The group supported Democatic candidates for governor, attorney general and the 19th Senate District.
Before creating a corporation, Fair Wisconsin used its political action committee in three previous elections - 2010, 2008 and 2007 - to make $12,378 in independent expenditures.

This organization is registered with the Government Accountability Board as an independent disbursement committee following the January 2010 U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Citizens United v. FEC.
