Judicial Comission Goes Light on Ziegler

The state Judicial Commission announced today that it has found state Supreme Court Justice Annette Ziegler engaged in judicial misconduct and is recommending she receive a reprimand. The commission is filing a formal complaint with the state Supreme Court, which will have the final say on disciplinary action against Ziegler.

A big thank you to all who participated in yesterday’s "Storm for Reform" rally by the People’s Legislature. The lobbyists and the lawmakers who work for them all are paid to be at the Capitol. But it’s a whole ’nother thing to take a day off work, skip a class or leave an infant with a babysitter to tend to the labors of citizenship.
