Longtime GOP campaign contributor Ted Kellner, the new chief executive officer of the committee in charge of organizing the 2024 Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, gave about $68,000 in 2019 and 2020 to fundraising committees supporting presidential candidate Joe Biden, whom he described as a longtime friend. And he gave $2,800 directly to the Biden campaign in 2019.
